Shipping policy

1. Processing Time and Delivery Times
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the invoice.
The delivery time stated on the product page is an estimate; in exceptional cases it may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you would like to postpone the planned delivery date, please contact us so we can schedule a new delivery moment.
Deliveries usually take place on business days.
2. Shipping Costs
Within the Netherlands: Free delivery.
To Belgium: €79 delivery fee.
Other countries: Delivery available on request or automatically calculated at checkout.
3. Confirmation, Delivery Information and Inspection Upon Receipt
Netherlands & Belgium
2–3 days before the planned delivery, you will receive an email and SMS containing the exact delivery date and a time window.
Other countries
The carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery.
Inspection upon receipt
We kindly ask you to carefully inspect the product before signing for receipt.
Visible damage or defects must be reported immediately upon delivery and noted on the delivery document.
Non-visible damage must be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery.
Damage occurring after receipt (e.g., during installation, use, relocation, or storage by the customer) is not considered transport damage.
Reports of concealed/transport damage made later than 24 hours after delivery can only be handled insofar as reasonably possible, as assessment and claims with the carrier are often no longer feasible after this period.
4. Receiving Larger Roof Windows
For the delivery of larger roof windows, we kindly request that sufficient persons are present to assist with receiving the goods.
5. Failed Delivery Due to Customer Circumstances
If delivery cannot take place due to circumstances on the customer’s side (e.g., no one present, incorrect or incomplete address details, or no unloading possibility), we will need to schedule a second delivery attempt.
The additional costs for this will be charged to the customer.
