Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@premiumdakramen.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Gaasterland 2-C, 1948 RG Beverwijk.

Returns are only accepted after prior written approval from Premium Dakramen.

The costs and risks of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Receipt of larger roof windows:

For the delivery of larger roof windows, we kindly ask you to ensure that enough people are present to receive the delivery.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
